wellness Group
Our wellness groups will be a valuable forum for individuals to learn and share strategies for maintaining their overall well-being. We will discuss stress management, self care, holistic wellness ,emotional regulation, healthy relationship, past experiences ,present challenges and future hopes.
Group will be a space all clinicians we can conceptualize cases and identify the complex factors contributing to a client’s problem including:
Tailoring treatment approaches and interventions for each group participant
Identifying and capitalizing other internal processes related to difficult cases
Learning the differences and similarities in thinking critically vs. thinking clinically
Leveraging empirically supported therapies and best practices
Finding solutions, when empirically supported therapies are not enough
Treating resistant clients with strategic interventions, story and paradox
Adjusting treatment approaches to work with unconventional clients, artists, and out-of-the-box thinkers
Wellness groups will be strictly virtual, specific dates and schedules will be sent out after filling the form below.
